ir. Philippe Delaisse is the Chief Executive Officer of European Platform of Circular Economy.He's always General Secretary of Energie Facteur 4. EF4 is an association active in the renewable energy. EF4 works to make solar and thermal a mainstream and significant energy source by expanding markets, removing market barriers, strengthening the industry and educating the public on the benefits of renewable energy. He was Head of the Departement Environment, Quality, Security and Public Affairs and Member of the Executive Committee at Cement Industry (CBR/Heidelberg Group)(1995-2005). Among other posts, he was Treasurer at European Coprocessing Association (EUCOPRO) , Founder and Chief Executive of the Photovoltaic Industry Association (RBF), Chairman of the "Working Group Energy-CO2" at Union Wallonne des Entreprises. Philippe started his career in the fight against the traffic of waste and the pollution. In 1998, he was awarded by the Louvain School of Management for the quality of his management and since this period he has appointed Fellow at the Louvain School of Management (Université catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve).
